Hi, How can we debug 911 calls. someone has been dialing 911 from Voip phones. we have CM 6.1. 2 PRI through 2821 gateway. Please provide me the detail.
Thanks in advance.

You can look into the cdr reports under servicability or pull them raw from RTMT. If you search for 911 and the time/date you will find the dn that dials it.

in more detail log into unified servicability from your web interface, go to cdr analysis and reporting, cdr-> search->
by user extension.
for extension enter 911 and add. then enter the date you want to narrow it down and click ok. The last 100 entries will 911 in them will be presented to you with all the details you need.
