Hello folks,
When anybody dials 911, our security phone should ring as well.
It used to ring in the past; but it has not been doing that for the last 2 weeks or so.
The phone set is showing "onsite" on one of the keys.
how can I solve this issue.
FDN no value.
hunt has a value
key 16 mwk has a value
Thank you

Hello KCFLHRC,
I already "out" the ESA and started a new ESA and did not accept it.
now I am trying to use the old configuration and it is not accepting it either.
[sadeyes]

That's why it's not notifying the set, the ESA config is gone

I just "outed" it this morning. It had stopped notifying few weeks ago.
but still it is not accepting its own old config now.

Well, you need to get the old config back in there and then see if it works. Keep in mind the OSDN has to be unique, meaning it can't appear anywhere else. Just on 1 phone set.

Can you post a print out of what you took out or did you not print before outing it?

You are just awesome.
The OSDN was appearing everywhere. I had to trace all the TNs it was showing on and remove.
I made unique just like you said and it worked.
I cannot thank you enough.[thumbsup2]
