What do we need for 911 calling from remote IP Phones. Main unit will be IP500V2 with a PRI. There will be 2 remote sites that will have 4 IP Phones at each site. These sites are in different towns than the main site.

a sticker to not call 911 on the phone is the best solution.

short of that a line provider that lets you send any caller ID you like and an analog trunk at the location of the remote phones, then you can send that caller ID out when you dial 911.

If you have SIP trunks then you can send caller ID and most providers will allow you to adjust the location information for it so then you route the calls out with specific caller ID and the provider takes care of it.

If you have all analog trunks then you are back to my first suggestion and put a sticker on the phones not to call 911.
