When we dial 911 instead of routing to a 911 operator it routes to a vector that we have set up to reach our onsite security room. We need to dial 9 to get an outside.

ARS Digit Analysi Table
Dialed digits 11 min 2 max 2 route pattern 19 call type alrt

Route pattern 19
Inserts 9

When we try to dial 911 it routes to the vector we have set up for 6911. I can't figure out why it is routing in this manner.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Can you do a list trace Vector or VDN the make the call and post your results?

Usually 911 or 999 routing is already setup.

Thanks 4merAvaya! That's where the problem was, it was converting it to 6911 when 911 was dialed. Problem solved!
