I have a CSE1000S on Release 4.5 I was wondering how to get it to dump some detail to the history file when someone calls 911. I have it on one of my other sites but it was configured long before I was hired here. I looked through the administrator NTP's and couldn't find anything.
Here is an example of what I'm looking to see in ld 22 when I do a phst. I pulled this one out of a switch that was already configured.

It's a ld 22 capture but the working switch is a CSE1000S on 5.0 so OSN is tagged as a user on the ADAN. The working system does have e911 turned on. Is there a different option in 4.0 that would give me a similar message into the history file?

only if the rls 4 has e911.. if not what i have done in the past is dump cdr to a file.. 'then run a script that waits for 911 and pages security

eTelemetry offers a free trial of their LENS product.
Screen pops, email and SMS notifications from the CS 1000.

Also if ESA is not properly set-up you won't get those nice ESA OSN messages on the console or in the history.
