911 call center

I am onsite servicing a Avaya PBX. The client has a security call center where they are using Avaya 6424D+M with the abilities to record their calls. To my understanding this is a specialty type phone because of the recording capabilities. Does anyone know where I can purchase this specialty type phone OR is it possible that there might be a chip that provides this feature that I can transfer to another Avaya 6426D+M?
