Here is the scenario. Someone picks up a phone and calls 911. Is there any way that in-house security can be alerted immediately indicating also the extension that dialed it? Otherwise only a completed 911 call shows up in SMDR which someone would have to monitor 24/7 to find out on time.
I'm looking for maybe some light that turns on on security phones, or any other alert that could be implemented? I have OAI and OW5000 but no-body knows here how to program it (just yet) to implement some custom app for it.
