Is there a way to restrict who can clear 911 alarms? I don't want my attendants to be able to clear the 911 or any alarms for that matter. I would like to check them out myself. Is there somewhere in the COS I can restrict this?

In Form 3, enable or disable (in your case) COS Option 102 ,in the Attendant COS, Attendant Display of System Alarms to allow alarm information to be displayed on an attendant console.
In Form 3, enable or disable (in your case) COS Option 108, Attendant Audible Alarm, to allow or disallow audible notification of 911 and Lockout alarms on an attendant console.
You said you want to check them out yourself, how are you notified?
From your past posts I am assuming this is your 200ICP.

I have all of the compatible multi line sets programmed as alarm monitor points. I still want it to ring attendant consoles just not be able to clear them so would I just change option 102? Yes this is sx200icp.

I would think so, try it. If you want to try it, send the 911 calls to a trunk, tie a local to it so it doesn't actually go out to the 911 centre.
