Is there a way that I can have certain extensions "alerted" when someone dials 911 from the Magix system?

Thanks in advance.

There is no such provision in Magix that I'm aware of. You could do something really bad: have 911 calls routed to a particular station. But in an emergency, this could delay response time, perhaps even prevent a night-time user from getting help at all.

A workaround would be to use SMDR to watch calls as they are placed, and have a computer program look for 911 calls, then take action. This wouldn't be terribly difficult to do; a simple Unix shell script could do the work.
