90A Attenuator

I am getting feedback on conferance calls. I have seen a few references to a 90A attenuator that care for this if put on each CO ahead of the system.

Problem is Avaya, Graybar, and anixter have no idea what this is (talked to the tech support folks as well as sales). Even Google gets me nothing.

Does someone have these on a shelf they would like to sell or can someone pass along an alternate brand, part number, or name so I might be able to find 3-5 of these.

Any supplier should be able to get them for you, if you can't get any let me know and I'm sure I can get you some. Avay should know what they as they are the ones who sells them.

In my previous post I mentioned that neither Avaya nor 2 very large suppliers know what they are. If perhaps There were a part number or comcode to reference....

I have been waiting for my people to get back to me and you are right nobody has them anymore, they where made buy Lucent once upon a time. I would go with 392's option.
I've got one on the shelve if it will help

Would you mind pulling any part numbers, comcodes, etc off the unit and posting them. Maybe with those numbers I could run a search on google.

I think the attenuators you are looking for were comcode 405-788-100 they were manufactured by Independent Technologies in Omaha,Nebraska-tel#402-496-4700

I just found additional info-the part # is ITC-4001. Use this # when ordering from Independent Technologies

shows them at $32.95 each. I still believe $3 worth of resistors would work as well, IF it is an unbalanced line. Do your testing!
