They have 3204-DRE DRM on a Merlin Lrgend 7.0 with a ATL mod. Handsets will not do a registration. Have tried 3 different hand set and a new DRM.

OK. If the drm is connected to an ATL module - like a 408 or 008 card - it should be getting power and the top "power" status light should be solid green. Before trying to register the phone - go into the phone configuration menu and unregister it from any module it may have been registered to in the past. Then, try to register it to the first line on the DRM - meaning you have to connect the drm to the system using Line 1 and then pressing in the small switch for Line 1 with a paper clip on the bottom front of the DRM - the "control" status light should begin blinking. You then have about a minute to go into the phone menu and register the first line. Once registered - you have to go into the configuration, button-map portion of the phone menu and make sure that the system type selected is Merlin. It has to match for the phone to work.
