I have a customer with 5 full carriers all with 9031's. Some of these just seem to go out of range without any reason. It's a Dr.'s office with (supposedly) no 900 mghz interference. We replace the 9031 t&r and it'll be well.
And then, another will go. What's going on ??? This has been going on since it was installed (by Lucent) years ago. Lucent/Avaya/Exponets would simply replace. I need to figure out why???

Hey, no replied to you!!! Ok, I've delt with a bunch of transtalk issues. 1 is the sleep issue were they go into a sleep mode and you have to reset the battery to get them back to life and also similair issues with what you're talking about.
YOu have to get intouch with avaya. I was working with Tier 3 and they're aware of a bunch of different defects. Get them on the phone. If it's in warranty, they have replacements and will explain what's up.
