I have an account that uses the attendant console to make outside calls. There have been some changes coming down that some carriers need to see a 10 digit number being output. Much like the public subscriber number that is found in the SCSU record. Does anyone know a way to send out a 10 digit number when placing an outbound call from the console. I looked and don't see any way to accomplish this. Any ideas out there. Thanks in advance for any information on this issue.
