9006 acd

Trying to set up an acd group in a 9006 mod 80. I know MAC's in ACD but not how to build one from scratch. Would like to know the steps going from direct amo's and ccms. 1st post to this site. Thanks in advance.

what are you trying to build in ccms?

9006.4. I am trying to get some extentions going to voicemail in a time of day routing set up. They don't want to have to remember to forward their phone to voicemail when they leave for the day.
Any input is appreciated.

or the pilot number to phonemail.

I am trying to route plain old users there. They are not in an ACD group but the switch does have ACD software.

sidroski..if they do not have fowarding now you would do
adddest type cfw scrno = ext num ,si =vce destnum1 = phmail
number. hope this helps.
