This will amuse and delight you so read along. Customer has a 9006.6 Model 80 that at one time had a working DMP5L ACD server.
The disk got corrupted, long story short, they have lost all of the ACD software, Unixware tapes, BVO/BVC CD's and the SID diskette to license the users.
I have some of that software available but of course no way to properly license it once it's restored.
They want to know if there is any 3rd party software that we can kludge together so they can pull call center stats, answer times, etc.
This is so old I don't know if there was ever that possibility or is now. It would have to be some sort of server based application that can interpret the ACL stream from the A1 and convert the raw data into readable reports. I don't ever remember hearing about any products that would interface with the older Siemens boxes for this type of application.
This is just on the disk for the ACD server, the system disk for the phone system is fine.
