Does anyone know what the *9000* shortcode is used for?

I understand it will toggle the first port on the first Analog Trunk Module (ATM4) to modem enabled.

What can I do after I dial-in and connect via modem?

I am hoping I can have my customers dial the shortcode to allow me to connect to their system via Manager and administer their system.

My system is an IP 406v2 (3.2). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if the ipo is not set to dhcp ( & it usualy isnt) you need to set an IP address, the default range is 192.168.99.X
