Do I need to create a linepool so that when I Dial 9 to get an outside line it will choose lets say line 5 first, if its busy then it will go to 4 or 3 etc?

Where can I learn how to create a line pool?

Under line settings you put the lines into a pool a,b,c,etc. You have to assign that pool an access code, like 9 or 8.
