9.1 Freezes then comes back

This is more of an annouence than anything, while I am working on my Mac 9.1 the system will seem to freeze up, eventhough my mouse will still move. It only freezes for a few secounds, 5 to 10 at the most, but it does this every 5 or 10 minutes. Then everything is back to normal, It is doing this in all programs. Does anyone out there have any ideas? Thanks.

I had troubles like that with the AIM Menu extension. I would try extensions off then, if it is gone, try different sets in Extension manager til I found which one it was.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
