In version 8, we have Create Return and Historical Lookup under the Extras > Additional. Upgraded to version 9 and now both those are gone. Have not change any security, yet cannot find these windows.

Where did these great features go? We RELY on these for our business.

Are you sure your v9 environment has all the same modules loaded as your v8 environment had. You need to compare the DYNAMICS.SET launch file and see what is missing.

I know that Create Returns is installed with the Field Service module. Not sure which module does the Historical Lookup.

I had to remove Field Service product ID 949 from version 9 as we could not log into any company with it installed (said database setup has not been completed).

During the 9.0 upgrade on the server, I could not run utilities as I got the error "unable to get extended version information for module 949." However, we did have product ID 949 (on version 8 is was called ServiceAdvantage) installed on all workstations and that's the module that opened create return.

So, I can't upgrade it or install it.
