Has anyone found how to install a new blank hard drive in a 3300 that has been upgraded to the latest 9.0 releases? Going through the docs and havent found anything yet.

So previously you used the FixPartition method on bootup and you are looking for the equivalent?
I'm sure you can see how that was relevant info that should have been included earlier.
I don't have an answer

In the technician handbook I thibk I have read something but I haven’t tried it. It mentions something about reinstalling software 9 if it get corrupted.
I will have a look at it later today and post back.
I think this the procedure if you have a blank hard drive, I have not tried it yet and I have questions for you;
-What is the PPC?
-what is Mitel’s latest MiVoice Business Release image?, and how do I load that into an http server? do we need an http server? what is that? do we have that service on Win7 Pro? Do we need windows server in order to have an http server?
I think Mitel has made this extremely complicated...
from technician's handbook 9.0.SP1 on page 62:
INSTALL SYSTEM SOFTWARE MANUALLY ON
3300 ICP CONTROLLER
OVERVIEW
If a 3300 ICP controller is unable to boot the MiVoice Business software
from its active or inactive partition after initial troubleshooting (See
Software > Unable to boot the MiVoice Business System on 3300 ICP
Controller in the MiVoice Business Troubleshooting Guide), then the HDD
(or SSD) might be corrupt or blank.
You must reformat the corrupt or blank disk by performing a full manual
reinstallation of the latest MiVoice Business version.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Ensure that you have the following:
• Access to the controller serial port.
• A TFTP server hosting Mitel’s PPC Installer images.
• An HTTP server hosting Mitel’s latest MiVoice Business Release
images.
