When a caller that is tired of listening to queue message they would be able to press 1 and leave number via clid. Then when queue is empty, have ipoffice call them back and connect with operator. Is this feasible with advanced edition license? I have not done any ivr programming since 5.0. Other ideas?

Thanks

No. IP Office can not handle call back without other software.

IPOCC could add them to a call back queue for the dialer. Agents would then log into the IPOCC dialer to make these calls back.

Not sure if this is possible with ACCS

(Btw, Advanced no longer exists)
