8x24DS - need caller id

I have an 8x24 DS with DR5 software. I would like to have caller id info show at all phones for all calls. I have caller id service from the local phone company on all incoming lines.

Can anybody help?

You didn't mention how many inbound lines you have on the system, but you can add a C-6 (6-line), or C-8 (8 line) caller ID module to the system. You will also need 1 available station port for interface.

I'm pretty sure the 824 is only compatible with the M8 CID box. The 616 DR5 will work with either CID box. Even then you can only assign auto display of the CID info for one set per line. You can assign all lines to the same set. Any other set on the system would have to use F811 to see the CID info before picking up the call.
