8x24 with DR5.1 software. SMDR can I get in and out to printer or pc?

Can i get inbound and outbound to a printer or pc? I am using caller id cards if this means anything. Thanks.

The SMDR for Norstar plugs into a station port on the system.
It has an RS232 serial port connector for connection to terminal software or serial printer.

yes as long as you have an smdr 3 or higher,
your printer has to be a serial printer or you will
have to have a serial to parallel converter, it can
also be connected to a pc, just set up hyperterminal
to record the calls as they come in
