8x24 & T1 Compatabilty

I have a customer with an 8x24 with 5.0 software. They want to put a PRI T1 in with DID's.
I beleive this is not possible with this system. True? Also will a Flash with 1.9 software work with a new MICS 6.1 if they decide to go this way.

simply put no t1 for 8x24 yes 1.91 flash for 6.1
