Hello,

I have an 8X24 with 4.0 software and Startalk Flash. The goal is to have all incoming calls ring to the operator (ext 221) for two rings then default to AA.

What happens however is, If 221 is free, and it is ring no answer, the call goes to AA and then if the caller does nothing it goes to General Delivery. However, if the operator is using extension 221 then the call defaults to her personal mail box (221)

Can anyone help me to get the call to AA?

Thanks!

Check your foward on busy, also are the calls coming in on the intercom or do the lines appear?

In your Auto Atdt. setup under lines, make sure that ANSWER is set to yes, and the RINGS is set to less than the number of rings for your CFNA of any extension (221 for example) that has the lines ringing on them.
So, in other words, set your 221 to forward to voice-mail after 3 rings, and set your line answering in Auto Atdt. to 2.

Are you having any other problems between your 8x24 4.0 and your Flash?
They are not considered compatable, but I'm not sure what kind of problems to expect.
