8x24 How do get the system ID from my unit?

I have an 8x24, the data sleeve capacitor went dead, power went down, lost all programming, had a backup of the programming, bought a new data-sleeve, tried to install backed up programming, saying that I have a different size system and it's not letting me back-up.
I initially used the system id: 12345678 just a random number. Is this possibly the problem. How do i get the system id off the unit.....THANKS For the help ahead of time, I do appreciate it.

You will have an System Processor (SP) number on the card and a Real Time Processor (RTP) number in the KSU

CONFIG > MAINTENANCE > SYSTEM VERSION will show SP number >RPT will show the RPT

In order for your back up to be compatible you must use a cartridge with the same SP number
