Is it normal that the caller id on a DR5 824 (with a M8 module) only appear on the first set that answer the call. If that set transfer the call to someone else, the caller ID don't come up on that extension. I need some light on that one
Its normal that only one set can see caller id before answering, otherwise any transferred call will show caller ID.
Or if a set presses F811 on the intial inbound call before picking up the call it will see the caller ID.
In Option 9 of Admin you usualy tell reception to be the Auto Caller ID set, then you add other sets to say they are allowed caller ID if I recall right.
