8X24 DISCONNECT SUPERVISION

Have 8x24 running 5.1 with a NAM, calls coming in just hang after hanging up. Placed meter across T&R had 50 volts drops to around 12 after answer, upon hanging up I see it drop to about 3 volts and then back to 12 volts.
Question is this DICONNECT SUPERVISION , if so why are lines hanging doesn't matter if we set to SUPY or NO

Look at the label on the top right of the 824. It will have 824 DS if it's a DS cabinet. If not then it doesn't matter what the setting is in programming, you don't have that feature.
