I am trying to do a backup restore on an 8x24 that is running centrex plus software by using NRU10 or 11. My customer wants to upgrade to the 5.1 software without having to reprogram. Can anyone tell me if this is possible or if this is can be accomplished any other way. thanks!!

Centrex Plus is sort of a flavor of DR5. You could try replacing the Centrex Plus with the DR5.1 insert, but I'd guess the system would default. You can't restore a Centrex database to a DR5.1 anyway, so you'd better be prepared to reprogram from scratch.
