Is there a way to program call fwd busy/ no answer and have it NOT effect your lines. If I put cfb/cfna on any set, the calls into the system (on the 1fb's) go to voicemail. Receptionist takes calls on 3 lines, then transfers the calls to their intercom keys. They do not want calls to the main number going to vmail. Since I have cfna assigned to the sets, after hours calls on the main number goes to vmail. Any comments or ideas?

If the phone rings then CFNA/BSY does affect the lines ringing in. You will have to program the phones to not ring if you want to use CF Busy.

Thanks, that explains it. All the phones in this office have all the lines assigned and they want them to ring on all phones.

Maybe have Reception set Call FNA to vmail after 4 rings and the rest to 6.
Or have AA answer and set lines after 3 or 4 and all sets to 4.
Or use Hunt Groups if software permits.
