8x24 aa and ccr help

I have a Norstar 8x24 with dr5. what i want to do is when a person calls have the aa answer they go to the ccr tree. But i dont want the callers to be able to leave voice messages at all. instead tell them to call back during normal business hours. is this possible?

make all the mailboxes information mailboxes. They don't take a message.

What is a information mailbox and how would i make them one?

You may have to delete mailboxes you've already created and rebuild them as info.
