I have been instructed to find information on a solution for a hearing impaired person here at work. We have an Avaya Enterprise switch with several gateways. I have found that Avaya has an 8840 telephone. I can only find sales information but no technical information on this product. My questions are:
I see that it connected with an analog connection. Is there other equipment needed to support the text-speech and speech-text feature? Or is this a stand alone product?
