Problem; The 8300's are disconnecting/droping calls after they hit the agent phone.

The phones are CM iv's. The calls route thru the acd then when it reach's the agent it drops. But not all the time. It happens with all agents and stations. Time of day does not matter. The ds1 has no errors and Avaya says the switch is ok. The circuit has been checked by the carrier, no issues found.

are call master IV IP I thought they were DCP my appologies.

Hard to trace the calls. It only happens 5 or 6 times a day.
CM IV's are DCP phones.

Where does the incoming circuit connect ie. 8720 then onto the G700 or straight on to the g700? If it connects to the g700 have you logged onto the gateway and checked that the primary sync source is not locked out or set to v0.

Is it only the DCP phones that have the problem? Are their other phones that are not CM IV?
