860DB Color preview, no color print

I have a client, offsite, which shows color in the print preview, but printer prints in BW. Is there any setting I should point this client to that may correct this?

Sounds like an application issue. Check out the setting in the Driver accessed from the application before printing. I see this the most coming from Excel.

I wish it was that easy. The original report printing from the application printed in Color. Somewhere along the line, the client seems to have changed a setting somewhere, and it stopped printing the color. All the settings the client has shown us say it should be printing in color.
