8600 Rate Limiting

I know on 8600 R-series blades there is a command to shape egress traffic on ports:
config ethernet x/x shape <Kbps> enable
I don't recall seeing it on previous modules.
Some of the BayStack switches allow rate-limiting broadcast and/or multicast traffic, I'm not sure about generic unicast traffic.
