8600 4.1 &snmp community strings ?

Hello Guys , with the above version how can I change the community strings for device manager ? Using the command line ?
On our previous ver 3.3.3 we use :
conf sys set snmp community-strings rw <string>.
any help much appreciated

config snmp-v3 community commname first new-commname <PUBLIC>
config snmp-v3 community commname second new-commname <PRIVATE>
