Hi
Has anyone come across this before? I thought perhaps firmware issue but system is already at a fairly recent version(5.0.4.63) and phones have been supported since 3.2.

Well it was a firmware issue. upgrading to 5.0 sp2 or above will fix. I put on 5.1 sp4 and all is well.
