850 prints two pages of everything!

We have an 850dn that prints two pages of EVERYTHING, regardless of the print origination, online or even offline printing test or configs, 2 pages everytime. We have replaced upper feed assy w/ckt board, drum paper heater, main logic board, and a different paper tray. The error codes associated with the prints, when accessed from the fault history are 22,721.05 and 22,703.05

Any help would or new ideas would be appreciated, Thanks Chris.

Well, the 22,721.05 is a Y-Axis print failure. It says that media did not arrive at the preheat exit sensor soon enough to complete the print. May also be due to an unexpected high capacity tray sensor event.

The 22,703.05 is a Y-Axis Stall error. Typically during Transfix. May result from belt slipage.

I would check the belt on your Y-Axis to see how sloppy it is. I'm not looking at a printer, but am not sure if it's adjustable.
