8434 DX display problem

I have a call center full of 8434 DX phones. Some phones will display VDN names and some will only display Info=X (Menu choice made) The phones that display VDN info show it on the top of their phone display. The phones that show Info=x show it on the bottom with no info on the top line. Any suggestions. I have played extensively with the VDN override setting.

The attached link will take you to the Avaya support section. I found the one line/two line display information there. It can be changed from the keypad using the sequence provided.

Is the display translated correctly on the station Page. Also check if the non working sets are in a menu item. If so press exit.
