8400 Series Directory Softkeys

Has anyone seen or know how to fix the Next-> softkey on the 8400 series phones? Right now I have to have a regular key programmed as the Next key so that people can go through the directory.

I always program a 'next' key on 8410D's. I have never been able to get the fixed next key to work. Avaya fixed that problem on the 6408D+.

The hard coded next key of the 8400 sets is used for the display only. This key doesnot "report" back to the switch. The next button must be assigned if needed for directory.
