835 CLM Adj Reason Codes...

Reviewing an issue related to 835 claim adjustments. Can't seem to find a valid 'claim adjustment reason code' for already paid amounts.... (case relates reflecting previously paid portion of claim as an adjustment.)

Anyone able to help out with a code and description?

I went to my orginal copy of the codes and noted someone altered our corporate version copy.
