I have an s8500 at main site with a 8300 LSP at a remote site. They cover to an Audix at the main site. When the remote users are on the phone (1st line appearance) and a call comes in to their second appearance which is then answered by Audix, the user and the person they are talking to can hear the 2nd call appearance caller leaving a message for them but the 2nd caller can't hear them. Any ideas on how the talk path is getting one way audio conferenced?
