I have a Norstar 824 DR5 system that losses it's memory during power failures. Inside the software sleeve is 2 blue capacitors. Where can we get replacements ?

Plan on an upgrade as soon as you can. Start talking with authorized Norstar vendors in your area. Nortel is offering a loyalty rebates until 12/04. You can get $400 for upgrading to MICS and anothet $20/mailbox if you upgrade to CallPilot. They also will give you $20/phone if you buy new T sets.

8x24's aren't so bad!
Finding a voicemail that will still work on one is a different story.
2.0 NAM's work fine on DR5.1
