Is there an option for alert tone on external page like the one on internal all call page?

yes- under system programming/ page tone- you can set it to either yes or no. This will apply to both internal and external pages (if you are running it through the page port)

Sorry- I just noticed you were asking about an 8x24. I dont think it is an option in that one.

If it is available on the 824DS, I want to enable it for external page. My customer is upgrading from a Merlin 410 classic to the 824DS DR5 w/ Startalk. Since the 410 has that feature I wanted to keep things the same...
