Hey guys

I got a 824 Norstar Loaded wth DR5. I've installed it and got everything working just fine. However this is what I'm trying to do.

I have the system programmed in Hybrid template. I have 6 lines all hunting. Im going to be using a startalk. However, on incoming calls I want calls to ring and be answered (by picking up handset only) at multiple stations.

Furthermore I don't want to program line appearance keys on each phone. I'd rather it go through Line Pool A. So I have three digit numbering plan. And my prime telephone for Line Pool A is 221.

So I figured I could simply add 221 as "answering DN" to the other sets. But alas it did not work that way. So if anyone could lend some assistance as to how to do this, I would be greatly appreciative.

I had thought there was some way to set up a hunt group but I could not figure that out.

Thanks for your help!

i sounds close .
do all six lines ring and appear on set 221?
if not make sure all six lines do appear and ring on 221
if they do, an answer dn should work on the other sets.
all trunks should be put in a line pool (eg:a)
and all sets should be programmed to allow line pool access (eg: A ) for outgoing calls.
each set can then have an (out line ) key programmed

line pool access code (eg :A) must be programmed (eg: 9)
then you can program a outgoing line pool key on each set
feature * 3
press key
feature *64 9

you might need more than one intercom key on the sets .
