824 dialling method 1

Hi all,

A client is having to press 99 to get a outside line. is there anyway to put a dial plan in place so all they need to do is press 9 for the line and then dial?

you can use LCR to add 9 in when dialing out

Where is the LCR routing on the TES 824 please?

sorry, I am always doing that. It is now called ARS and through the handset programming it starts at program 350
if you have the software it is under the ARS tap

Are you able to give an example on how to include this feature on the priogramming software. I find it a little confusing.

THERE ARE EXAMPLES IN THE BOOK !

to add 9, turn on ars for all lines that need the second 9,
in route 1 enter lead number 0-9 and in added number enter 9

This will add 9 in before dialed number
