I'm a certified td & tda panasonic certified tech. Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure of seeing an 824 system until today. The system is about 12 years old and is being installed in a construction trailer. I have the software for my pc but it's telling me there is a password for the technician files. I know what the new software passwords are for the td & tda but have not a clue what the password is for the 824 software. If there is any help out there it would be greatly appreciated. scott
