820d2 and Admin access for sys speed dial 1

Have a 820d2 and trying to program seed dial 99 so i can assign it to a button on a BIS-10 set.

Instructions tell me to access ADMIN progaming first then program from set 10 using #99 + *90 + local number.

That is not working cause I can not find the ADMIN switch on the control unit. I about that button on the 410 but first time working on a 820D2.

what procedure do i use to progam a system speed dial button on a BIS-10.

Can't locate correct docs at Avaya site either.

touch admin (right intercom ) or dial #49
dial c0de is #60-#89 & #900 -#999
dial *90 + tel #
