820b Batter Back Up removal 1

Any suggestions on replacing the battery on the Merlin 820ds? That thing is hiding inside the CPU module and it looks like it has 4 tiny screws that I can't seem to get loose with a needle nose piler.

What was AT&T or Bell thinking of when they put that thing there?

I think you are in the wrong forum.

For my understanding Merlin has something to do with King Arthur and lived in the dark age.
