8200 paper at a4 width sensor

Hi

My 8200DP has a problem that is simply reported as 'paper at A4 sensor'. It starts as reporting a Paper Jam.

Initially I pushed through a piece of card and this sorted it out for 2 pieces of paper and then the jam was reported again.

On pushing the card through again, I dislodged two corners of papers that obviously did get in the mechanism but the jam was still reported...and still is.

Any ideas?

Hi guys

I fixed it. The a4 sesor tag was broken off so I simply glued it and its fine now.
